  • Thursday: The Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) will issue the Producer Price Index (PPI), tracking inflation from the standpoint of manufacturers and wholesalers. Producer prices likely rose 0.4% last month, accelerating from July’s 0.3% rate.
